UK Wide Shipping
Please note that our shipping costs are for post and packaging. Shipping is to the United Kingdom only. Delivery ranges per product, depending on the size and weight. The delivery price for each item is displayed on the item’s page. Your items will be dispatched the next working day after the order has been completed, provided that was before 5pm.
We use Royal Mail 2nd class, and your order will take 2-3 working days to arrive after we have posted it, according to the Royal Mail website. We will email you once your parcel has been posted to let you know it has been dispatched.
All of our products are available for local delivery. Fresh flower products are ONLY available for local delivery, not UK wide.
Products that are availbable UK wide are only available for local delivery for addresses in Shipping Zone 1. For all other addresses they will be posted.
If your order contains orders that are available for both local delivery and UK wide delivery (e.g. Weekend Flowers and Baked Blooms), provided that you fall into our delivery radius, these will be delivered to you by Camilla’s Creations. If you do not fall within our delivery radius, you will be unable to proceed with your fresh flower order, but your postal order can be made.
Local delivery prices vary depending on which Shipping Zone your address falls into. This will be calculated on check out once you have entered your address. If you are ordering a product which is only available for local delivery and your address is outside of our delivery area, when you put your address in you will be unable to proceed for this reason.
We really hope you love your items. However, if something isn’t quite how you thought it would look you can arrange to return it to us by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. Someone will be in touch within 24 hours to complete the return. Please note that Fresh Flower return enquiries must be made within 5 hours of delivery. For any products that have been posted, we must be notified of your return within 24 hours of you receiving it, and you have 14 days to return postal items from the date of delivery. We will not accept returns outside of the above time frame other than for faulty goods and will not accept returns for items that are not in their original condition.
If you return goods to us the refund will include the full value of the items returned but excludes post & packaging/delivery costs. If you are returning by post, we recommend using a delivery service that insures the value of the goods and that you retain proof of postage. We will only refund fresh flowers if we accept that the quality does not meet our standards, and will require photographic evidence of your complaint.
Qualifying for free shipping/delivery
You can qualify for free shipping if you spend £100 or more in store.
